Someone recently described me as “one of the most familiar faces in global TV news.” It felt like a stretch at the time, but perhaps that’s what comes from two decades of presenting for BBC World News — covering everything from World Cups and Olympic Games to tsunamis and tragedies; from royal deaths to seismic political shifts like Brexit.

All that experience has helped me develop and refine my skills as a presenter, moderator, and interviewer, whatever the size of the audience. I pride myself on drawing the very best from an interview — creating a safe, amicable environment in which people feel able to express themselves openly.

Mr. Moran’s sports advisory work has included projects with renowned football organizations such as AC Milan, the Bundesliga, Cruz Azul, Everton F.C., C.A. Independiente, the Football Association of Ireland, the Mexican Football Federation, C.F. Pachuca, River Plate, the Royal Spanish Football Federation, and the U.S. Soccer Federation.

Prior to his business and legal career, he served as a military intelligence officer in the United States Army, where he led troops deployed to the Middle East, Latin America, and Africa.

Mr. Moran attended the University of Notre Dame, where he earned both a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and a Juris Doctor degree. He also completed the Concannon Programme of International Law in London, England. He is a native Spanish and English speaker, fluent in Portuguese and proficient in French.

Scott was born in New York and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where he attended Colegio San Ignacio de Loyola. He lives in Atlanta, Georgia, where he supports and has served on the boards of multiple nonprofit organizations, including the Sports for Humanity Foundation, the Georgia Bar International Law Section, Soccer in the Streets, and the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Stephen Revetria leads the strategy and vision of Giants Enterprises. He is responsible for developing new ventures complementary to the MLB franchise and raising the profile of Oracle Park. Now in his 27th season, Revetria creates unique ballpark venues and expansive fan engagement programming that leverage the organization’s proficiency and stellar bayside locale. He also directs curation of larger-than-life experiences for millions of guests, while establishing dynamic revenue streams and strategic partnerships.

Revetria played an integral role in the development of Giants Enterprises — the first dedicated events management team among MLB venues — and its unparalleled programming, including the 2013 Official Spectator Experience for the 34th America’s Cup. Under his leadership, Giants Enterprises received international recognition for its execution of three World Series (2010, 2012, 2014) celebrations and related civic events, including, the Official World Series Galas and downtown ticker-tape parades.

A Bay Area native and graduate of the University of San Francisco, Revetria is a trustee to numerous boards, including the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy. As a Trustee Emerita to USF, Revetria assisted the university in shaping the direction of its highly respected Business Administration and Hospitality Management programs and development of the Pat Gallagher Fellowship, a year-long Giants’ internship annually awarded to a USF Sports Management Masters student.

In 2024, Revetria was appointed as Commissioner by Governor Gavin Newsom to serve on the board of Visit California — a California Office of Tourism initiative that promotes the state as a premier travel destination. Since 2022, he also serves on the Governor’s Advisory Council on Physical Fitness and Mental Well-Being.

In 2016, Revetria attended the inaugural Sport at the Service of Humanity Conference at the Vatican, convened by Pope Francis. This invite-only conference summoned global leaders from the sectors of sport, spirituality and business to develop strategy for this multi-denominational movement which fosters societal connection through the power of sport and the values of faith.

For more than thirty years, Revetria remains a leader in the meetings and events industry — including as former Chairman of Meeting Professionals International (MPI), during which he co-chaired (2003, 2015, 2022) MPI’s World Education Congress (WEC). Through his extensive experience in planning, advising and fundraising for civic initiatives, Revetria has forged invaluable partnerships on the local, national and international fronts to further the mission of Giants Enterprises — and the city of San Francisco — as a premier destination for events, meetings and travel.

Revetria’s leadership and service has garnered numerous recognition, including the Wender Weis Foundation for Children’s Community Philanthropy Award (2020); the Hotel Council of San Francisco Peter Goldman Award of Excellence (2016) and the International Live Events Association Esprit Award (2015) for the WEC Opening Night Celebration.

In 2025, Revetria was honored by MPI with its prestigious Industry Leader Award, presented in June during the World Education Congress in Saint Louis, Missouri.

He is also the recipient of the inaugural Jim Griffith Memorial Award (May 2025) from The Guardsmen, which honored Revetria’s leadership in supporting the non-profit’s educational, physical fitness and mental wellness opportunities to under-resourced youth. In 2021, Catholic Charities presented its highest honor, the Faith in Action Award, recognizing Revetria’s long-standing devotion to community and support of the organization’s sports, educational and parish CYO programs in the Diocese of San Francisco.

Revetria lives in San Francisco with his wife, Elizabeth, and their two children.

Dr. Ibrahim serves as a Judicial Affairs Officer and Islamic Law Expert with the United Nations Departments of Political and Peacebuilding Affairs and Peace Operations (DPPA-DPO), the Peacebuilding and Peace Support Office (PBPSO), and the Justice and Corrections Service (JCS) in New York. He previously served as a Presiding Judge at the Cairo Court of Appeal in Egypt.

Dr. Ibrahim has held several senior international positions, including Senior Rule of Law Officer with UNITAD in Iraq; Head of the Justice and Corrections Team with UNSMIS in Syria; Chief of the Justice, Corrections, and SSR Section with UNMIS in Sudan and South Sudan; and Deputy Director of the Rule of Law Section with UNAMA in Afghanistan.

Earlier in his career, he served as a Legal Adviser at both the Egyptian Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Justice, Legislation Department. He also served as a Judge at the North Cairo Court for five years, presiding over tort, bankruptcy, commercial, and investment cases. Prior to his judicial appointment, he spent five years at the Attorney General’s Office as a Public Prosecutor (District Attorney) in the Central Cairo District, where he handled criminal cases.

Dr. Ibrahim earned his Doctor of Juridical Science (SJD) degree in International Human Rights Law from Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago in 2007. He received his LL.M. in International Criminal Law from the University of Notre Dame Law School in Indiana in 1997 and earned his License en Droit (Law Degree) from Cairo University, Faculty of Law, Egypt, in 1988.

He is fluent in Arabic, English, French, and Italian.

Monsignor Melchor Sanchez de Toca is under-secretary of the Pontifical Council for Culture and board director of the Sport at the Service of Humanity Foundation. Born in Jaca, Spain, Msgr. Melchor is a priest of the archdiocese of Toledo, Spain, from 1993.
