Media Accreditation Info

All journalists and media organizations interested in covering Sport at the Service of Humanity with direct access to the Conference, should send their request for TEMPORARY accreditation through the online form of the accreditation section of the Holy See Press Center site:

By filling the form, journalists and media organizations will have to specify if they are interested in joining the Press Conference (Conferenza Stampa Sport at the Service of Humanity – 4 ottobre 2016, ore 11:00), or the events in the Conference schedule (Convegno Sport at the Service of Humanity – 5-6-7 ottobre 2016), or both, selecting the options on the form.

Journalists and media organizations who already have an “Ordinary” Accreditation from the Holy See Press Office, should send requests through the usual channels.

All participation requests must be received 48 hours before the event.

For the Press Conference only, there is a change from usual procedures so it will be possibile to collect accreditations from the Holy See Press Center, Via della Conciliazione, 54, until 30 minutes before the start of the Conference. In case of space shortage, priority will be provided to journalists and media organizations with ORDINARY accreditation, according to guidelines of the Holy See Press Office.

Journalists and Media organizations with accreditation will be able to have access to the Paolo VI Audience Hall and the New Synod Hall through the Petriano entrance.
